The Experiences

At Le Lappe we are very proud of the environment within our small hotel, but it is our location and setting which really define us. We have crafted a variety of memorable activities for you to experience, both inside and outside the estate, that celebrate and showcase the best of Le Lappe and our surrounding area. As our guest, we hope we can teach you a new skill or help plan a special memory that you will cherish once home.

Walking & Hiking

At an altitude of 550 meters above sea level, Le Lappe is set within the wider estate of Tenuta Pratolino, which straddles the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. The immediate landscape around us is a mix of olive groves, where our famous oil is harvested, and ancient forest filled with oak and chestnut trees. We invite guests to explore our gardens, designed by our friend the renowned English landscape architect Tania Compton, and to take advantage of the hiking trails that wind through our wooded hills.
