Our Olive Oil
Certified Quality
Cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, hand-picked and traditionally 'cold pressed', our olives produce a high quality PGI-certified organic extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to the location at an altitude of 620 m, the more than 3,000 trees of local varieties guarantee an oil with particularly high organoleptic qualities and a delicious flavor and aroma.

Soak in the water and admire the view, watching the flight of swallows circling low and curious all around. The infinity pool provides truly special moments, surrounded by greenery and with a wonderful view of the hills and valley. The choice to use a natural element such as salt to ensure the water is clean, and to let it follow the temperature of the environment, is a shrewdness that ensures a greater balance for the skin and the whole body. You can relax comfortably by stretching out on the lounge chairs, reading a book while sipping a drink or consuming a snack. Or you can choose the heated hot tub next to the main pool, enveloped in the scent of roses, lavender and woodland resins.

At night, after a fiery sunset with prodigious colors, millions of stars light up. Admire the vibrant sparkle of light, distinguish the reflections of the planets, trace the path of the Milky Way, recognize the constellations. Listen, in the silence of the countryside, to the crickets accompanying the moments of contemplation of the night sky with their sweet song. Replace the cell phone light with the gentle light of the moon. The sky above Le Lappe is perfect for stargazing: far from sources of light pollution, guided by expert explanations or simply connecting with the universe, come and admire the stars in the best place.
